The Christmas Eve Flood of 2009 We Started This Flood Christmas Eve 2009. Resent Dryout in Winter Park CO Using the Trailer Mounted Heat Drying System. Walls, Ceiling and Contents Needed Dried. This House was About 7,000 sq ft + Garage and 9,110 ft in Elevation. The Hot Water Heat Went Out and a Water Line On the 3rd Floor Froze and Broke. There Was No Heat In the House for 2 Days So Heat Drying System Was Used To Heat the House for 2 Days. The Night We Started the Outside Temperature Was –15 Degrees. |

Basement 12-31-09 ready for new years eve party. No repairs have been done as of 12-31-09. No major repairs were required to for years eve party. Up to 50% of the drywall would of had to be removed if we had not heat dried and this property and would have made this party impossible. |
